How it works, and what you can add

Every wedding gets its own proposal, built around your events, your guest count and what you want to keep. Here is what that looks like, from the first message to the printed album.

From enquiry to album

Six steps, no surprises.

  1. Tell us about the wedding

Dates, venues, events and what you have in mind. A rough plan is enough to start.

  2. Get a tailored proposal

We suggest coverage and team size for each event, with deliverables listed clearly.

  3. Block your date

A booking amount confirms the date and is adjusted against the total.

  4. Plan the day together

We go through the order of ceremonies, family lists for group photos, and timings.

  5. We cover your events

Photographers and filmmakers at each event as agreed, working to one plan.

  6. Edit, deliver, print

Edited photos and films, then album design after you approve your selection.

Tailored coverage

A proposal, not a price list.

A three-event family wedding and a five-event wedding across two homes need very different teams. So we quote for your wedding rather than asking you to fit a package.

Guest experience and photo delivery

Guests find their own photos.

Instead of scrolling through thousands of pictures, guests take a selfie and see only the photos they appear in.

  1. Scan

Guests scan the QR code at the QR booth, or on a table card, with their phone camera.

  2. Take a selfie

The gallery, hosted on PIK Connect, matches their face to event photos.

  3. Save and share

    Guests download their photos.

Face-scan delivery is provided through PIK Connect, a separate photo-delivery platform.

Illustrative only. No camera or guest data is used on this page.

Aerial shots of the venue and processions, subject to venue permission and local rules.
