The form asks for your name, phone number, event details and optional email address. This helps the team understand your plans and discuss photography and film coverage with you.

Sending through WhatsApp

In WhatsApp mode, the form prepares a summary in your browser. Nothing is submitted to the website’s enquiry service. When you choose “Send on WhatsApp”, WhatsApp opens with your details in a prepared message. You choose whether to send that message. WhatsApp handles information under its own terms and privacy policy.

Browser preferences

The website remembers your selected occasion, such as wedding or family event, in browser storage to make returning to the form easier. The current form does not save your name, phone number or event notes in that storage. You can clear this preference through your browser’s site-data controls.

Photographs and guest delivery

Guest photo delivery through face scan is provided using PIK Connect. Gallery access, guest choices, sharing permissions and delivery arrangements should be discussed for your event before this service is enabled. Public portfolio use and any restrictions on sharing should also be agreed with the team.
